Some dermatologists recommend health spa treatment through massages and pressure spa treatments if you can easily afford the cellulite treatment. Mesotherapy is another popular treatment for removal of cellulite but is very expensive. You can help yourself to get rid of cellulite at home. There are several solutions to how to get rid of cellulite but the most effective method is to follow proper diet and exercise plan. Other plans such as spa treatments, cellulite removal creams, and mesotherapy also work but they are not effective, economical, and long lasting.
